We help insure your organizations ability to meet production and operational requirements. By assessing current capacity we can determine capacity utilization and compare it with actual demand, then make adjustments as needed. Doing so can lead to increased capacity or justify the need to increase capacity.
Cleanroom Certification
We examine an assortment of parameters, including filter leak scanning, airborne particles, relative humidity, temperature, differential pressure, and ESD control. The assessment is performed using industry standard procedures and is meant to assure the room is operating in conformity with design specifications. Airtek has both technical expertise and equipment to perform this operation.
Testing and Balancing Services - Including New Tool Balancing
These services include: Air and Water Balancing, Process Exhaust balancing, Fume Hood and Gas Cabinet Certification, Room Pressure Adjustment, Filter Leak Scanning, and periodic monitoring. Critical applications require higher thresholds of pressurization between outside areas and interior rooms. Airtek's technical expertise can solve air balancing issues to assure cleanrooms meet design specifications.

Sources of contamination are environment, process, tools, and people. The maintenance challenge is to increase cleanliness, minimize contamination, and keep equipment running. That challenge requires using materials, tools, and processes that will not affect the cleanliness of the finished product.
