“Yesapp” is a relational database application designed to connect campuses, buildings, fabs, locations and facility process equipment to increase tool utilization (OEE).  Yesapp quickly identifies both process and facility variables to efficiently and predictively reduce process downtime.

Connects departments such as production, engineering, facilities, vendors and contractors providing each department with need to know information and giving them the tools to drive production, increase tool utilization, identify variables and react quickly to unplanned interruptions to production. 

Facility assets are quickly located and visually identified from a computer or portable device.  Functionality, design criteria, and monitoring are all tied to the Yesapp program to efficiently manage assets. Quickly identify utility capacity available to plan things like tool installs, tool deletions and tool relocations. 

Navigation allows new and existing employees to quickly and visually identify an assets location on campus. Schematics give users a visual representation of the relationship between process tools and facility assets. 

Anticipates maintenance needs and coordinates scheduling to decrease or eliminate process tool downtime and product loss or rework. Tracks things like work orders, preventative maintenance, purchase orders, and asset status. 

Dynamic inputs provide real-time insights, historical data capture (for trend analysis), version control, reporting, and alert capabilities. 

Our proprietary software links to an existing MES. By tying in to LED location sensors, this capability can allow for managing the location and usage of reticles.
